Radiantieeco is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy applies to all paid services and products offered through our workplace team optimization programs, including consulting sessions, personalized team plans, educational products, and structured team challenges.
Specific refund terms may also be included in your program agreement or purchase confirmation. Where a program agreement specifies different terms, those terms apply to that specific engagement.

3. Consumer Rights Under New Zealand Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation. If our services fail to meet guarantees under the CGA, you may be entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund, regardless of the terms below.
If you are a business customer acquiring services for business purposes, the CGA guarantees may not apply. Business customers should refer to their specific program agreement for applicable terms.
4. Consulting Sessions
4.1 Cancellation by Client
For individual consulting sessions booked in advance:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 25% rescheduling fee
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or non-attendance: no refund; one complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion
4.2 Cancellation by Radiantieeco
If we cancel a consulting session due to consultant unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
4.3 Completed Sessions
Consulting sessions that have been delivered in full are generally non-refundable. If you believe a delivered session did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days with specific details. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, additional session, or other remedy at our discretion.
5. Multi-Session Programs and Personalized Plans
5.1 Before Program Commencement
If you cancel a multi-session program or personalized team plan before the first scheduled session:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before start date: full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on your behalf
- Cancellation 7 to 14 days before start date: 75% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before start date: 50% refund
5.2 After Program Commencement
Once a multi-session program has commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered sessions only. Delivered sessions, completed modules, and distributed educational materials are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining program value may apply to cover administrative costs.
5.3 Program Transfer
As an alternative to cancellation, you may transfer your program enrollment to another team member or department within the same organization at no additional charge, subject to our approval and availability.
6. Educational Products
6.1 Digital Products
Digital educational products, including workbooks, toolkits, and self-paced courses, may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided that:
- You have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the product content
- You provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations
Once more than 20% of digital content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
6.2 Physical Materials
Physical educational materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving returned materials.
7. Team Challenges
Structured team challenges are non-refundable once the challenge start date has passed and materials have been distributed to participants. If you cancel before the challenge start date:
- More than 7 days before start: full refund
- 3 to 7 days before start: 75% refund
- Less than 3 days before start: 50% refund
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and organization
- Order or booking reference number
- Date of purchase or booking
- Reason for the refund request
- Preferred refund method (original payment method where possible)
Submit refund requests by email to hello@radiantieeco.world or by phone at +64 3 982 4882. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative method in consultation with you.
Bank processing times may add 3 to 5 additional business days before funds appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services already delivered in full
- Custom-developed materials created specifically for your organization
- Third-party licenses or subscriptions procured on your behalf
- Travel or accommodation expenses incurred by our consultants for on-site delivery
- Administrative fees explicitly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase
11. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims within its jurisdiction, or seek advice from the Commerce Commission.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Existing program agreements are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
